Easter Weekend in Skaha

For Easter Weekend Mike and I went out to Penticton for a weekend of climbing. We stayed with our friends Aaron and Karen, who graciously invited us to stay at their Parent's house in Naramata. It was a great weekend of decent weather and good climbing in the Skaha Bluffs. It was my first weekend of outdoor climbing for the season, so it took some time to get into it and I tired out quickly, but it still felt awesome to be spending the weekend outside with friends and to be back on the rock.

We enjoyed a great dinner at Theo's Greek Tavern in Penticton with Aaron, Karen, Matt and Shauna and an even better Trout BBQ dinner the next night thanks to Karen's parents. The climbing area was busy, but we still got lots done and it was good times running into several people we knew while at the park.  It was a great weekend hanging out, getting to know new friends and catching up with old friends around the bluffs.
